Exercise Ball Crunch Flat Stomach Exercise
Exercise equipment required - Sit on the exercise ball with your feet flat on the floor. It’s going to feel a bit awkward at first until you get your balance, but using an exercise ball can really help you build those abs.
- Let the ball roll back slowly and lie back until your thighs and torso are parallel with the floor. (this is where the balance comes into play)
- Contract your abdominals raising your torso to no more than 45 degrees.
The great thing about this ball exercise is that in the act of balancing you are also working your oblique muscles. (sides)
If you move your feet closer together it will require even more balance and give you an even more well rounded ab workout. (no pun intended)
