Medicine Ball Sit Ups Flat Stomach Exercise
Exercise equipment requiredFor this exercise you will want to work with a partner. If you don’t have a medicine ball you can probably find some at your locate gym or any store that sells exercise equipment and fitness gear. - Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- You will want to start with a lighter medicine ball at first. Once you have one, hold it to your chest and have a partner stand at your feet, but not on top of your feet.
- As you curl up (the same motion of a basic crunch), toss the ball to your workout partner. Hold the crunch as your exercise partner catches the ball and throws it back to you.Try to keep your shoulders around 6 inches from the floor. You want to remember to hold the crunch position and not sit up all the way.
- Catch the ball and slowly return to the starting position.
