Medicine Ball Sit Ups Flat Stomach Exercise

 
 
Exercise equipment required

For this exercise you will want to work with a partner. If you don’t have a medicine ball you can probably find some at your locate gym or any store that sells exercise equipment and fitness gear.

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. You will want to start with a lighter medicine ball at first. Once you have one, hold it to your chest and have a partner stand at your feet, but not on top of your feet.
  3. As you curl up (the same motion of a basic crunch), toss the ball to your workout partner. Hold the crunch as your exercise partner catches the ball and throws it back to you.Try to keep your shoulders around 6 inches from the floor. You want to remember to hold the crunch position and not sit up all the way.
  4. Catch the ball and slowly return to the starting position.
