Seated Oblique Twist Flat Stomach Exercise


 

Exercise equipment required (Medicine Ball)

This exercise is easiest when you are working with a partner, but it is also possible to do by yourself. If you do have a partner, you can modify the exercise below by sitting back to back and passing the medicine ball to each other. If you don’t have a partner, follow the four easy steps below:

  1. Sit on the floor in an upright position with your knees slightly bent. .
  2. Hold a medicine with both hands and twist to your right and place the ball on the ground behind you.
  3. Quickly, but smoothly, turn to your left to retrieve the ball and repeat for the desired number of reps.
  4. Repeat the process for your other side.
